Officers said they seized two firearms and $4,000 in cash. Kareem Randolph, 41, of Hamilton, was arrested, charged with having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony, and a parole violation.
Randolph was convicted previously on drug-related charges and having weapons while under disability in 2017, according to Butler County court records.
Butler County Sheriff’s Richard Jones said the investigation is on-going.
“It’s a team effort to get these drug dealers off the street,” he said.
Randolph was arraigned Thursday in Hamilton Municipal Court. Bond was set at $30,000 and he will have an attorney assigned. Randolph has a preliminary hearing scheduled at 8 a.m.Jan. 30.
